Pilot privacy notice · 3 August 2026

A small pilot should have a small data footprint.

What we collect

If you join, we collect your email address, confirmation that you are 21 or older and in Australia, your selected broad shift pattern, your consent record, and limited campaign parameters such as source, campaign and creative. We also count landing-page views and button clicks using a random browser identifier.

What we deliberately do not collect

This form does not ask for your employer, workplace, exact roster, medical history, diagnosis, treatment, medications or fitness-for-work information. Please do not send those details when registering interest.

Why we use it

We use registration information to measure genuine interest, invite suitable people to optional research or prototype sessions, and tell registrants about relevant early access. Aggregate campaign results help us decide whether to continue, change or stop the pilot.

Advertising and measurement

Meta may receive ordinary information when you view or click an ad on its services. This pilot website keeps its signup and conversion measurement first-party. We do not upload this register, customer lists, health information, employer information or exact roster data to Meta. Campaign reports used by our agents are aggregate counts.

Storage, access and retention

Registration and event data are stored in access-controlled hosting infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised QED Health Systems personnel and service providers needed to operate the pilot. We keep identifiable registration data only while the pilot is active or while you remain subscribed, then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.

Your choices

Joining is optional. You can withdraw marketing consent, ask what we hold, or request correction or deletion by emailing support@qedhealth.com. We may need to verify that the email address is yours before actioning a request.
